Kiosk mode

When starting Calaym with the "/locked" or "/kiosk" command line parameter, Calaym will use the kiosk mode. This mode is designed when using Calaym for playback on public computers to prevent the user from aborting playback but give him the possibility to see the Player. With Kiosk mode active, most functions and menu items are not available, and some settings may be modify. The user can search songs in the playlist, change between playlists (via the playlist submenu), choose the next song or even skip or end songs (depending on "Playlist doubleclick" setting).

*It's recommed to check all playlists in the appropriate directory are functional.
*You may also use a different configuration, using the "/BASE=..." command line parameter.
*Globalkeys will still be all initialized and active, but most features will not work.
*Use /VOLUME parameter to allow volume changing
*Use /CD to show CD/DVD/BD drives in the "Refresh drive contents" menu.
*Use /DD to show removeable devices in "Refresh drive contents" menu;
This option will also automatically add/remove device contents to the playlist on arrival/removal
*Use /DRAG to allow dragging files to other applications
*Use /MSG to allow messaging in kiosk mode
*Use /SAVE to save playlist when quitting (to resume playback)
*Use /URL to allow opening of webpages
*Additional, you may want to define Calaym as windows shell and start with the "/SHELL" command (Calaym will show the Windows shutdown dialog instead of quitting)
